Peer Review Process

Submitted articles will be reviewed by the editorial office to verify their compliance with the Journal’s General Editorial Guidelines. If found to be non-compliant, they will be returned to the authors for correction.

Once approved at this stage, they will be forwarded to the Scientific Editors and Associate Editors to determine their suitability for the journal’s scope and editorial policy.

After this stage, the articles will be forwarded to two reviewers who will analyze the technical and methodological content using an evaluation tool developed for this purpose. In case of a discrepancy between the reviews, the article will be forwarded to a third reviewer or reviewed by one of the editors. Anonymity is guaranteed at all stages of the evaluation process.
